Ways to help
There are many ways you can support our campaign to save a vital part of South East London's ecosystem!
Join the Fourth Reserve and help us achieve lasting results for nature and those who depend on it in SE London through protecting the M112 Forest Hill to New Cross Railway Cutting. Just e-mail us with your details and we can keep you updated with news and information.
Volunteer and get your hands dirty. Help us clear, plant and protect along this amazing site. Contact us to let us know when you are free and how you can help or come along on a scheduled volunteer day.
Become a wildlife detective! Attract birds with bird seeds, bird houses and water especially in the winter months. Take photos, videos or sound recordings of wildlife along this green corridor and send the details to us so we can build evidence. Recordings or slow worms, grass snakes, stag beetles, tawny owl and hedgehogs are very valuable.
Take action and stand up for nature. Help us lobby our local authority and local councillors to protect this site and designate the whole corridor as a Nature Reserve. Contact Lewisham Council if you see any damage being caused such as trees chopped or rubbish dumped and object to any developments that would break this green corridor.
All proceeds are used to protect this land and the wildlife that make it their home. Funds are needed and every little helps. Details of how you can donate are available on our Local Giving page.
